Does it record both incoming and outgoing calls?

Yes. All incoming, outgoing and missed calls are automatically logged and recorded (on supported Android devices), and linked to the correct lead.

Do telecallers need a new SIM or separate phone?

No. Your team can continue using their existing phones and SIMs. No hardware changes or new connections required.

How long are recordings stored?

By default, recordings are stored for 60 days. You can adjust retention based on your plan.

Who can listen to recordings?

Access is fully controlled by you. Managers can review calls, and permissions can be restricted by role. All access is logged.

We already use Knowlarity / Exotel. Can we still use Cratio?

Yes. Cratio supports both approaches. You can continue using Knowlarity, Exotel, etc., or switch to SIM-based tracking — whichever fits your team.

What happens to call records and data if we cancel?

All data — call logs, recordings, dispositions, and lead history — is exportable as CSV before you leave. No exit fees. Recordings are downloadable within your retention window.
